Every year, the New Zealand Geothermal Association provides a scholarship opportunity for early-career energy specialists to attend New Zealand Geothermal Week. The successful applicants are a mix of students and industry professionals all seeking wider connections and understanding from the energy sector. Some might be seeking job opportunities, whilst others are following leadership paths within their own organisations. Look out for them during New Zealand Geothermal Week (they will be wearing green lanyards!) and get to know the future workforce.
