EECA offer a range of programmes to accelerate the uptake of energy efficient technologies and the use of renewable sources of energy.

Theur contribution covers a percentage of a project’s cost – not the total cost. There is also an investment requirement for recipients of EECA funding.

By co-investing, they help overcome financial and other barriers to clean and clever energy use by appropriately sharing the financial risk for early movers, so low-emissions options become financially viable and happen faster.
