With more than 15 years' experience across New Zealand's energy and labour market sectors, she has worked with industry, education providers and government to strengthen workforce development and vocational pathways. She was recently the project manager and author of Re-Energise 26, a workforce report and industry skills action plan for New Zealand's energy sector.
