Hayden supports New Zealand companies raising capital globally and supports international companies entering the New Zealand market and oversees projects spanning energy generation and demand.

Hayden completed a MSc on the Kawerau Geothermal Field and has worked as an exploration geologist in NZ, Vietnam, Australia, Indonesia and Canada before transitioning into venture capital and industrial decarbonisation.
