About the Event
Sustainability is fast becoming an essential part of business planning. At its core, sustainability is about ensuring a business can continue to operate into the future - balancing financial, social and environmental elements to achieve the best outcome.
It's also about meeting expectations of customers and local communities - things like looking after staff, caring for local waterways and landscapes, working with your suppliers and reducing business impacts to tread more lightly on the earth.
So what is a sustainable business? In this session Kate Glenie and Sarah Williams will outline the key elements of sustainability, and take you through some tools and tips that can help reduce your business impact. It's an excellent starting point for companies starting out on their sustainability journey.
This event is FREE for Chamber members and only $10 for non Chamber members.
Bring your lunch and notebook/pens!
We look forward to seeing you there!
