About the Event
Calling on our geothermal community to join us and celebrate our NZGA’s 30th Anniversary!
This is definitely the highlight on the New Zealand geothermal industry social calendar for the year.
NZGA is celebrating its 30th Anniversary this year, and that is a good cause for celebration! The wine is poured and the table is set for an anniversary party you will never forget. Our Master of Ceremony, Tony Lyall will lead us through a reflection on our humble beginnings and what we’ve achieved in the last 30 years, and will keep the laughs coming throughout the night.
Our MC for this evening will be Tony Lyall; one of New Zealand's most exciting comedians. Having performed up and down the country, Tony's mix of high energy storytelling, off the cuff crowd work and general good times vibe makes him a crowd favourite on any stage he appears on. Along with being a stand up comedian, Tony is the head writer and a reporter on The Project, writes for 7 Days and recently appeared in the NZ International Comedy Festival Gala on TVNZ. He has performed 4 solo hours as part of the NZ International Comedy Festival and toured those shows to various cities in NZ. He has also interviewed some of the biggest celebrities on the planet, including Jake Gyllenhaal, Naomi Watts, Peter Dinklage, John Cena, Hugh Jackman and the cast of Jackass to name just a few.
Tickets are strictly limited. You won't want to miss out on this one-in-30-year event, so book now!
Dress code: Glamorous and formal – a great excuse to get dressed up!
