The theme of IWD for 2023 is “Embrace Equity”

Equity isn't just a nice-to-have, it's a must-have. A focus on gender equity needs to be part of every society's DNA. And it's critical to understand the difference between equity and equality.

Equality means each individual or group of people is given the same resources or opportunities. Equity recognizes that each person has different circumstances, and allocates the exact resources and opportunities needed to reach an equal outcome

Kylie Hawker Green, our MC for the event, is an international keynote speaker and leader in the women in business space.

• Katherine Roberts, a seasoned entrepreneur, who has built up 6 & 7 figure businesses alongside being a mum of 5
• Emma Jenkins,  a well-known Master of Wine and wine judge, who has established herself in a male-dominated industry
• Angela Buglas, a highly experienced CEO and consultant in the beauty industry and knows the importance of communication and honesty, and how women need to speak up.
