About the Event
This field trip provides NZGA members with the opportunity to visit the construction site of Contact Energy’s new 152MV Tauhara power station. Here, you will learn how this $580 million investment is being developed into a renewable and low-emission energy source, offering a weather-independent baseload that will help our country transition from fossil fuels towards a 100% renewables energy future.
Buses will depart from Suncourt Hotel & Conference Centre.
There will be two departure times 10.00am and 11.00am
