Emerging Leaders Breakfast

For the past four years the NZGA and New Zealand Geothermal Week sponsors have supported young professionals to attend the Week's events: our emerging leaders. This breakfast is designed to recognise and celebrate their importance in the future workforce, as well as imparting critical skills for the future. We invite all past applicants of our sponsorship scheme to attend, as well as other early career professionals wanting to grow their network.

Money Moves: Financial Confidence for Emerging Leaders

Rather than focusing solely on financial products or complex jargon, this workshop explores our relationship with money, how our beliefs, behaviours, stress, upbringing, identity and workplace experiences shape the financial decisions we make every day. Participants will reflect on the emotional and social influences behind spending, saving, investing, and the “why behind the buy,” while also gaining practical tools they can immediately apply to their own financial lives.
