The Aeroplane Game© is a business process and manufacturing simulation which focuses on how those critical factors that we all know, go to make a successful business in a fun learning environment. While demonstrated in a manufacturing setting, the process improvement practices work for any process including the building industry, professional service providers, distribution and more.
Three of the topics that will covered:
- Customer value and the eight Lean wastes
- Improvement practices such as 5S, Visual Management and effective Teamwork
- How to lead Continuous Improvement for your team
Learning Outcomes:
- Understanding what productivity is and what productivity gains would mean for your organisation.
- Some techniques to start the next day to improve your operational processes.
- How to involve everyone in your organisation in the process of Continuous Improvement
