Health and Safety
Event hosts have health & safety policies in place, and attendees will be advised of these at individual events.
Visitors to industrial / working sites will be required to comply with health & safety regulations and visitor policies specific to those sites, and registered attendees will be notified of these in advance.
Generally, this will include a requirement to wear clothing that fully covers arms and legs, and closed shoes. Specific personal protective equipment (PPE), such as visi-vests, hard hats, safety glasses and ear plugs, will be provided by the host as required.
New Zealand is currently in the ORANGE traffic light setting. All NZ Geothermal Week events will be run according to the requirements for events at this setting.
All events require pre-registration. Mask wearing is not required for indoor events, but is welcomed.
NZ Geothermal Week is proudly brought to you by Amplify and event week sponsors, partners and hosts.
If you are interested in getting involved, including sponsorship, hosting and speaking opportunities, or have a query about the events, please contact Fiona Miller, Geothermal Cluster Lead at Amplify.
