About the Event
This workshop will pick up one of the priorities identified at the 2022 workshop, attracting future talent to the industry, and workshop to identify collective resources and activities to support this.
Attendees will include operational, strategy and HR / talent leaders, who have knowledge of their current and future workforce needs and drivers, and the mandate within their own companies to initiative and deliver talent attraction activities.
The session will be facilitated by Lee Astridge from No. 8 HR, who also facilitated last year’s workforce workshop.
