Workshop Manager

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager who enjoys working with others helping them to succeed. You will be responsible for leading and executing team performance to achieve the delivery in full, on time and to specification of all projects and customer works.

You will be part of a busy, close-knit team that manages all different types of machinery. Our Workshop services and repairs farm vehicles and equipment on internal Pamu farms and external farming operations and agricultural businesses from Kaitaia to Te Anau. We are also involved in one-off equipment fabrication across all aspects of the agricultural industry

You will have proven skills in supervising and supporting staff in a workshop or similar setting. You would need to have a strong customer service focus with a commitment to quality and safety and be self-motivated.

We use Aroflow software to manage our job scheduling and inventory, and you update this app on a tablet in "real time" so your tech-savvy skills will come in handy.

Pamu provides a safe workplace and the successful applicant will be required to pass a drug and alcohol test and undergo a criminal background check prior to being appointed.
