Project and Administration support Coordinator
Coresteel buildings Central Plateau and Eastern Bay of Plenty are a dedicated team supplying steel framed buildings, with involvement from concept to completion. Backed by innovative design directed at efficiency, simplicity, and appeal.

To offer support to the Business owners in their roles of Sales and Project management. With a focus on providing Health and Safety management, administration support as required to back up the sales and construction process.
To look for opportunities within the Business’ practises to improve processes and efficiencies.
To be a “brand ambassador” that represents and builds on the values of Coresteel Buildings CP and EBP.
1) Health and Safety - To provide and maintain ‘best practise’ Health and Safety systems and strategies. Supply reporting and advice in order to promote excellence in the business performance.
Maintain Health and Safety policies and systems
Ensure monitoring systems are implemented and maintained
Support the Project manager by providing onsite Health and Safety monitoring
Collecting and maintaining Contractors Health and Safety policies
Campion Health and Safety in the workplace
2) Administration Support to Sales - To offer support during the sales process when needed. To ensure that efficiency and quality is delivered to clients during the sales process.
Provide support drafting client correspondence
Provide support maintaining sales records
Provide support sourcing suppliers and costings
Supporting projects though the Council Consent process
3) Project Management Support - To offer support during the construction process when needed. Ensuring that projects exceed expectations and are delivered in all areas, including time frames budget, relationships with clients and contractors.
Provide support ordering materials
Provide support in areas of administration - gantt charts, project records, etc.
Provide assistance to Project Manager with onsite tasks
The person who fills this role will be hardworking, takes a common sense approach and shows initiative. You will have great organisation and time management skills and thrive on seeing a fantastic job done. You will enjoy spending time in an office space but also feel comfortable on a construction site, being able to communicate with a large variety of people.

-Experience / Qualifications
Proven knowledge and experience dealing with workplace Health and Safety (essential)
Customer relationship management (essential)
Knowledge of the Construction industry (desired)
High level working knowledge of computer systems, specifically Google drive (desired)
Full drivers licence (essential)
Current First Aid Certificate (essential)
