HR Coordinator – 6 Month Fixed Term, Part Time, Maternity Cover

As part of the Optima Investment Group portfolio, SiteCare Limited is a leading environmental services and project management business that supports many of New Zealand’s leading organisations to responsibly manage their assets and infrastructure.

We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator to deliver HR services by providing professional advice and support to all the Optima Investment Group business units, ensuring HR best practice and legislative compliance.

This is an exciting opportunity which will suit someone with an HR background who thrives in an environment where they can implement positive change and focus on delivering high quality results.

To succeed in the role you will have the following skills and experience:

Have proven Human Resources experience and knowledge
Possess strong relationship building skills
Have exceptional organisational and communication skills
Be able to adapt to the changing needs of internal and external customers
Exhibit an excellent attitude and self motivation
