We are seeking a full-time Financial Administrator to work in our Head Office in Taupo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completion of accounts payable and receivable daily tasks to ensure the smooth day to day running of debtors and creditors functions within the finance team. A key part of the role is ensuring daily tasks are achieved accurately and efficiently, and that weekly/monthly deadlines for both accounts payable and receivable are met to achieve finance team goals.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
Basic knowledge of business accounting functions
Experience with accounts payable/receivable processes
Fast, accurate data entry and numerical skills
A high level of attention to detail
The drive to learn and provide a high level of support to others
The ability to prioritise and adapt to rapid changes.
A high level of integrity and confidentiality.
