Experienced Grocery Buyer

We are seeking an experienced Grocery Buyer to join our ever growing team.
The Grocery Buyer is responsible for the procurement of products, at the best possible prices, whilst maintaining manageable stock levels and minimizing out of stocks.
You will be responsible for:
Maximising all sales opportunities through customer driven pricing and ranging that caters to our community.
Be strong in data analytics and have strong problem solving abilities
All inventory stock levels are controlled and accuracy procedures are in place
Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with Suppliers and sales Reps.
Meeting targets and deadlines set by the Owners
Proven skills in Category Management
Computer skills and SAP Experience
Commitment and a positive attitude with loads of enthusiasm
Excellent multi tasker and time management skills
Persistent and confident communicator with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal skills
This is a permanent fulltime position of 40 + hrs per week. Salary package will be dependent on previous experience.
